Can I purchase products of my choice elsewhere for the Detox? Am I required to purchase one of the reset360 kits in order to participate in the Detox?

While you are not required to purchase one of our reset360 kits, you will need to purchase a Detox-compliant shake, fiber, and supplement for use during the Detox. Unfortunately, we can't give specific recommendations for alternative products,  but we suggest you take an ingredient list to your local health food store and ask an associate to help you source products that are similar to the ones found in the reset360 kits.

Can I purchase the reset360 products in the kits, individually?

All of the products within each kit are available for purchase individually in our reset360 store. We've bundled individual products together as a convenience for you and at a discount that isn't available for individual products.

What will a reset360 kit do for me?

What's makes the reset360 shakes and supplements different from what others sell or different from what I might find in a store?

As a Harvard and MIT-trained functional medicine physician, Dr. Sara has spent over a decade researching various nutrients and their impact on health. That research has led her to personally formulate her own high-quality shakes and supplements to support not only the Hormone Reset Diet & Detox, but also your health, in general.  

Our reset360 products are not re-labeled products from other nutritional manufacturers. Each reset360 product went through multiple rounds of formulations until we were completely satisfied with the end result. Our manufacturer is also certified through various industry third parties and holds the following registrations: NSF Certified GMP Facility for Dietary Supplements, NSF Cook & Thurber Certified Facility for Food Safety, QAI Organic Certified, and Informed Choice (HFL) Sport Products Approved Facility. Additionally, our manufacturer conducts three phases of testing for our products: in-process testing (to monitor and insure the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process), finished product testing (including USP disintegration, dissolution, physical apperance, and identification testing, where applicable); finished product testing (all batches of finished products are subject to review and approval prior to release and shipment). Finally, our manufacturer issues Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each batch of finished product, listing the applicable laboratory testing that was conducted along with the specifications used.

We are happy to announce a revision to our return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, either digital or physical, simply contact our customer service department, and we will refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping costs, for up to 60 days after the date of your purchase. Can I blend the reset360 shakes with veggies?

Definitely! Most of our Detox participants choose to use veggies in their shakes. It's a great way to start your day and the perfect way to help you get in your full pound of vegetables, daily requirement.

When should I expect to receive my kit?
